JENNY BURGER
A graduate of IU, she took her business degree, love of catering and event planning and combined them to become owner of the Palomino Ballroom.  Along with her mother, Debbie Head they have grown the business to what it is today. Her attention to detail, persistence and gift of creativity is an envy in the industry.  Her communication skills and vision guarantee your event will be unique and perfect in every way.
DEBBIE HEAD
Co owner and operator of the Palomino Ballroom, Debbie has been an entrepreneur all her life.  Her knowledge of the industry, tasteful design and attention to detail will ensure a flawless event.  Having a tireless work ethic you can rest assured that your event will be perfect in every way.  She looks forward to helping you put the “finishing touches” on your event.
ANITA WOLF
Attended Ball State University, majoring in Marketing and Business. She came to us in 2004 with 20 years experience in sales and customer service. Having experience in large non profit event coordination she has chaired such events as: Lebanon Relay for Life, Lebanon Fourth of July Festival,  Kappa Delta Phi National Banquet among many others, thus allowing her the ability to handle events whether it be an intimate rehearsal dinner or a large corporate banquet.  She prides herself in working with her clients to learn their individual personalities and desires and helps them to incorporate that into their event, thus truly making it their own.  She looks forward to working with you, to make your dreams come true.
ASHLEA BEDELL
Having a work hard – play hard attitude.  Ashlea prides herself in finding the WOW factor for your event.  She describes herself as adaptable, hard working and focused.  She brings experience as well as a youthful approach to each event whether your desire is for the more traditional or something new and fresh, she will work first hand with her clients to ensure a hassle free event.  She would be honored to be your coordinator.
MICHELLE WICKHAM
is as comfortable behind the scenes as she is with clients. Her value lies in her versatility and enthusiasm about creating a truly exceptional event. As a Communications student at IU, she knows the importance of building relationships with those she serves. Relationships are central to the ballroom’s purpose and in that perspective, her job is to build an event which will strengthen the relationship between a groom and bride, a husband and a wife, a great cause and its contributors, etc. Michelle’s outgoing personality and strong work ethic are a great motivator to her team.

NIKKI CARLISLE
holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Indianapolis and has 11 years experience in office management.  She joined the Palomino Ballroom in April 2009 to pursue her passion of event planning on a more consistent basis.  Nikki’s creativity and commitment to detail compliments her great zest for life. Accustomed to being the “go-to girl”, she is a pro at executing the details to make your event exceed your expectations!
